Responsibilities:

• Overall management and oversight of the Singapore branch’s operations and business administration
• Formulating and executing operational strategies in the architecture and real estate industries
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing the organization
• Liaising and reporting to the head office in Japan
• Planning and executing technical strategies for the Singapore branch
• Overseeing product and service development, quality control, and operational management
• Managing and developing development teams and technical staff
• Coordinating and collaborating on technical matters with the head office
• Monitoring the latest industry technology trends and proposing their adoption

  
Requirements:

• Approximately 15+ years of practical experience in the architecture and real estate industries, particularly in operations management (e.g., 10–12 years of industry experience plus around 3–5 years in senior management)
• Proven management experience as an MD or in an equivalent leadership position
• English & Japanese language proficiency to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholder will be added advantage
• Strong background in operations
