Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day operations such as daily purchasing, PO issuance, coordinate supply chain
• Handle multiple suppliers daily, ensure supplies are adequate
• Handle customer's PO daily, ensure orders are cover timely
• Handle daily/monthly market reports, buying results, supply situation
• Involved in cross-department functions and liaising
• Handle contractual relationship with management, suppliers and customers
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
 
[Must]

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in Rubber industry
• Able to do routine operational activities in a fast-paced environment meticulously
• Ability to adapt to change, role switch and/or job structure
• Ability to work as a team within department and cross department
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with suppliers and customers
• Proficiency in pivot table and power point
