Responsibilities:

• Initiating and managing cybersecurity-related system implementation projects as part of the bank's IT team.
• Documenting project plans and overseeing the management approval process.
• Coordinating activities such as pre-study, business/system requirements gathering, scope definition, estimation, scheduling, test planning, migration planning, risk management, etc.
• Defining roles and responsibilities, establishing team organization, and managing stakeholders/vendors.
• Reporting to management and obtaining approval for progress reports, planning documents, and evaluation materials.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experiences: 

• Experience in project initiation as a bank employee or IT consultant within a bank's IT team.
• Project management experience in banking system implementation projects.
• Documentation skills for planning, evaluations, progress reports, etc. Ability to present to bank management.
• Experience in network and cybersecurity-related IT system implementation.
