Responsibilities: 

• Arranging hotel and ticket bookings for inbound travelers from Japan to Singapore.
• Planning and designing for tour.
• Communicating with sales representatives in Japan via email and phone.
• Conducting site inspections of booked arrangements as needed.
• Any others ad-hoc duties assigned by superior / manager

Requirements :
[Must]

• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language (N1 level) to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Basic proficiency in PC operation, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• A passion for travel and high motivation.
