Job Summary:
 We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer Team Lead to manage and maintain clients’ IT environments, ensuring stable operations and business continuity. This role offers exposure to the latest technologies across industries and strong opportunities for long-term career growth.
 
 
Responsibilities:
1. PC Deployment and Management

• Set up new computers (email, printers, shared folders, etc.) and perform migration tasks
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support

2. Network Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations

• Key equipment: Firewalls (FortiGate), Switches (NETGEAR), Wireless Access Points (Ruckus)
• Responsible for maintaining and managing network infrastructure

3. Microsoft 365 Administration

• Maintenance and operation of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• User account and access rights management
• Cloud services setup: Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
• Device management: Configuration of MDM and MAM via Intune

4. Other IT Infrastructure Tasks

• Initial troubleshooting and vendor coordination for internet and phone lines
• Coordination for LAN wiring, and initial troubleshooting/vendor liaison for phone systems, web conferencing tools, CCTV, and door access systems

5. Team Management

• Task assignment to team membersask assignment to team members
• Handling escalations from team members
• General administrative duties such as leave management

7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. 
 
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure
• Japanese proficiency (business level or JLPT N1 equivalent) required to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience in network configuration and management
• Team management experience (no minimum team size required)

Candidates who do not fully meet the requirements but have relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
