Job Descriptions:
Prepare and issue purchase orders and supply forecasts to vendors, ensuring alignment with procurement plans and demand projections.
Oversee the end-to-end ordering process to enhance supply chain efficiency and ensure timely replenishment.
Manage the preparation and daily handling of shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and all required regulatory paperwork.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all shipping and billing documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Coordinate payment and billing operations with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain a structured and efficient document control system for easy access, tracking, and auditing purposes.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, resolve discrepancies, manage shipping claims, and ensure on-time transportation of goods.
Monitor shipment progress, address delays or logistical challenges proactively, provide regular forecasts to suppliers, conduct capacity assessments as needed, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with at least a Diploma in a related discipline.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Incoterms and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
