Handles translation, contract review, presentation prep, and admin tasks to support Japan HQ

Translation of document for Japan HQ.
Review contracts, create and edit presentations and projects, plan and prepare for meetings
Engage in physical meetings with HQ pertaining to merchandises and shop operations
To travel to Japan for meetings
Involve in work relating to purchasing
Support to queries from Japan HQ and communicate effectively with co-workers in other countries
Daily routine duties to general administration include paperwork, filing, translation of documents, replying to emails to HQ in Japanese and other ad-hoc duties as requested by MD.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Proficient in Japanese: JLPT N2 and above to liaise with Japan HQ
Able to multi-task, organized and have a liking for neatness
Fast paced environment
