Key Responsibilities:

• Managed full-cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepared monthly and annual financial reports, including partial set of accounts for closing statements and reporting to Head Office.
• Coordinated forecasting and budgeting activities in alignment with corporate guidelines and timelines.
• Ensured strict compliance with statutory tax filing requirements (GST, WHT, Corporate Tax) and internal finance protocols.
• Liaised with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities during audit and statutory reviews.
• Issued purchase orders and arranged monthly vendor and employee reimbursements to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Generated and processed customer invoices and payments, ensuring timely collections and account reconciliation.
• Investigated and resolved customer billing disputes to ensure accurate AR balances and client satisfaction.
• Assisted in system enhancements and implementation of new accounting processes and ERP tools.
• Delivered accurate and timely financial data for month-end/year-end closing, internal controls, and audit support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Min Diploma in Accounting or related equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Preferred to have prior experience in an MNC environment
• Candidate who is able to join immediately or on short notice preferred
