Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to understand their technical requirements.
• Develop and present technical solutions and proposals.
• Prepare technical documents, BOMs, drawings, and presentations.
• Support the sales team from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate and deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to product improvement.
• Support smooth handover of projects to delivery teams.
• Provide post-sales technical support (site meetings, troubleshooting).
• Conduct training for customers, partners, and internal staff.
• Support marketing activities (technical workshops, webinars).
• Help improve internal proposal processes and tools.
• Work with channel partners to strengthen their technical capabilities.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales / solution engineering role.
• Proven track record in supporting and closing complex solution-based sales.
• Technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • Telecommunications (power systems, edge computing, network rollouts)
  • Data Centers (UPS, batteries, cooling, modular designs)
  • Utilities (energy storage, power quality, renewables)
  • Industrial (automation, backup power, factory systems)
• Strong experience in solution design, technical documentation, and BOM preparation.
• Ability to engage with consultants, project managers, procurement, and engineers.
• Experience working with vendors and validating third-party technical proposals.
• Able to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports with clarity and structure
