Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc

 
Requirements: 

• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
• Able to travel overseas frequently and on short notice
• Flexible to work on selected weekends and public holidays (Following PM schedule).   
• Proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with counterparts in Japan
