Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc. 

 
Requirements: 
[Must]

• Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Flexible to work on selected weekends and public holidays (Following PM schedule).   
• Able to travel overseas frequently and on short notice. 

[Advantage]

• Work experience in a customer support environment.
• Work experience in a semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with counterparts in Japan during weekly meetings, training sessions or troubleshooting instances.
