Responsibilities:

• Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
• Explain the purchasing process
• Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
• Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
• Simple translation support
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
*Non-experience is welcome to apply

• Proficiency in English and Japanese language (JLPT N3 for above) to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Good working attitude & punctuality
• Willing to work on weekends
