【Responsibilities】

• Respond promptly to customer emergencies such as water leaks or lost keys
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication
• Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring high-quality service and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and attendance of customer property viewings
• Verify and manage maintenance schedules
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create and manage documents independently
• Experience in customer service roles involving direct contact with end users is added as advantage
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus, as the role may occasionally require driving a company vehicle is added as advantage
