Responsibilities: 

• Conduct site visits and surveys for house removals
• Communicate with customers face-to-face
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Candidates with no prior experience in the freight industry are welcome

• Minimum 1–2 years of general working experience
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
