Roles & Responsibilities :
Achieve sales targets within the assigned SEA region. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales support. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs. Build strong relationships with key accounts (retailers, distributors).
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on fishing trends.
Job Requirement :
Proven sales success, preferably in sporting goods.
Experience in fishing equipment or related industry
Strong understanding of the SEA market and fishing culture.
Min diploma and above.
Willingness to travel within SEA.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales
