Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for enhancing governance and overseeing practical operations related to finance, accounting, and administration for the Group's overseas companies (comprising 10 entities and approximately 60 billion JPY in sales). Key duties include:

• Conducting financial analysis of overseas subsidiaries.
• Establishing and implementing cash management rules.
• Managing cash flow.
• Performing internal control audits.
• Preparing performance simulations for overseas operations.
• Handling any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess either:

• 5 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing related to overseas business within a major audit firm, OR
• 5 years of experience in financial and accounting operations related to overseas subsidiaries in an operational company.

Additional requirements include:

• Proficiency in English & Japanese language for effective communication with Japan HQ. (Preferably JLPT N1 or above) 
• Ability to commit to overseas business trips (2-3 times per year).
• Strong flexibility and communication skills to achieve objectives.
• Capability to provide constructive feedback to the management of each subsidiary when necessary.
