Responsibilities: 
Responsible for analyses data to estimate the time, money, materials, and labour required to provide a service.

• Collect and analyse data to determine the time, money, materials, and labour required for projects
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
• Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data
• Review material and labour requirements to determine whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components
• Cost tracking to ensure project execution is within the estimated budget
• Assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services
• Assist compiling commercial proposal
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 
[Must]

• 2 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

[Advantage]

• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator, Certified Cost Professional)
• Experience in the specific industry (construction, subsea engineering, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
