Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales operations to achieve budgeted sales targets
• Develop new accounts through regular prospecting
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations to control selling prices and meet budgeted gross margins
• Compile reports and forecasts as needed, including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with Group Strategic Goals, focusing on growth and market share
• Identify and manage customers by building strong customer relationships
• Monitor competitors’ activities and identify potential threats and opportunities for the company
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the Construction/Engineering industry
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; meticulous in work
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
• Strong negotiation skills
