Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts.
• Develop new customers and product lines.
• Sales of engine spares, equipment, general agency products, and other items.
• Follow up on quotations.
• Chase accounts receivable (AR).
• Analyze sales performance and indices.
• Manage the sales team.
• Perform other sales and marketing activities as requested by the manager.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in marine sales or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experience in sales related to engine systems, spares, services, or other relevant marine products.
• Experience in leading a team.
