Responsibilities :
Lead, train, recruit, and motivate a team of lifestyle experts to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Manage performance through coaching, 1:1s, quality monitoring, and career development plans.
Execute and contribute to department strategies aligned with service excellence and operational goals.
Ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately, creatively, and efficiently.
Actively drive innovation and service improvement across customer touchpoints.
Own and lead team-level projects, contributing to wider business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Product, Content, and Operations.
Maintain a culture of teamwork, fun, and high accountability.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong background in luxury/VIP travel, hospitality, or high-end customer service
Proven experience managing teams of 8–10 people or more in a customer service environment.
Experience leading performance and service quality through KPIs and coaching.
