Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated Fund Administrator with expertise in asset management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in private credit, as well as possess strong communication and project management skills.

• Oversee fund administration operations, including NAV calculations, investor reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth fund operations.
• Support fund structuring, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor queries in an efficient manner.
• Assist in investment operations, including cash flow management and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide support for audits and due diligence processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements to optimize fund administration.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years' experience in the following: two points
  • Asset management (fund administration, middle/back-office, or related roles) experience
  • Private credit/debt experience in a bank
• Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders/clients.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
