Responsibilities:

• Customer support via phone and email
• Coordination and communication with clinics
• Assessment-related tasks (review, validation, invoice issuance)
• Inbound and outbound communication with medical institutions and customers
• Handling walk-in customers with document submissions
• Other related administrative duties

Requirements:
Non experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N1 or above)
• Enjoy interacting with people both in person and online
• Strong skills in Excel and basic calculations
