Responsibilities: 

• Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks 
• Identify and rectify problems and defects 
• Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications 
• Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work 
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers 
• Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s 
• Any other duties as assigned 

 
Requirements: 

• A valid HKCAD / EASA / CAAS / CAAM / Australia License, B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings (narrowbody A320, or widebody B777, B787).
• A minimum of 3 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certification.
• Capable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line environment. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels 
• Willing to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
