Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
• Expand client base and grow market share within the assigned territory (Southeast Asia/India).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage expectations effectively.
• Provide technical consultation based on customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare costings, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Lead and support assigned projects to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover business opportunities.
• Propose and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Key Account Management to ensure alignment on regional strategies.
• Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry, preferably in business development or sales (Electrical/Electronics or related industries will also be considered)
• Proven track record in sales or business development within the automotive sector, particularly with clients in Southeast Asia or India
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to actively listen and respond to inquiries effectively
• Highly goal-driven, resilient, and dedicated to achieving results
• Self-motivated, independent, and passionate about success
• Collaborative team player with a results-driven approach
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proactive and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to travel frequently as required
