Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
Expand client base and grow market share within the assigned territory (Southeast Asia/India).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage expectations effectively.
Provide technical consultation based on customer requirements.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare costings, quotations, and technical proposals.
Lead and support assigned projects to ensure successful execution.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover business opportunities.
Propose and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
Collaborate closely with Regional Key Account Management to ensure alignment on regional strategies.
Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry, preferably in business development or sales (Electrical/Electronics or related industries will also be considered)
Proven track record in sales or business development within the automotive sector, particularly with clients in Southeast Asia or India
Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to actively listen and respond to inquiries effectively
Highly goal-driven, resilient, and dedicated to achieving results
Self-motivated, independent, and passionate about success
Collaborative team player with a results-driven approach
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Proactive and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure in a structured and fast-paced environment
Willing and able to travel frequently as required
