Responsibilities:

• Handling of measurement and detection equipment for military and homeland security
• Handle sales product enquiries, manage post-sales delivery of equipment, perform regular maintenance and carry out diagnostic analysis for trouble shooting and repair work
• Reinforce existing strong customer relations
• Prepare basic reports
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 5 years' experience handling equipment/machinery B2B sales & hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting
• Comfortable with stand-by duty
• Possess strong IT software installation and configuration skills
• Keen learning attitude and strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
