Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the overall sales performance, P&L, gross profit (GP), and margin growth of assigned brands.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and optimize margins.
• Implementing marketing campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
• Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and business channel insights.
• Working closely with the purchasing team on inventory management.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly brand reports.
• Execution and Analysis of monthly brand and trade promotion activities
• Management of brands promotion funds.
• Conduct presentation of new product launch to sales team.
• In-charge of all product issues (customers and consumers queries) for assigned brands.
• Working closely with assigned brand owners to achieve set sales targets and marketing objectives.
• Working closely with sales team to achieve sales targets, execution of trade activities and budget allocation.
• Preparation of competitors’ reviews through regular market checks.
• Key account management - Manage relationships with key retail partners to optimize sales performance and brand representation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience in the food sector is highly preferred
