Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Products and continuous observation of their performance there through
• Assistance to Customer in case of setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
• Assistance to Customer in case of operation
• Troubleshooting
• Providing Customer with various advice or information at the request by Customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer
• Information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products.
• Information on Customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding Products or their performance or operation
• Information which Customer in connection with Products
• Any other ad-hoc duties by assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year of Sales engineer experience in electronics industry.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Self-motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent, flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence products.
