Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region
• Conduct demand planning based on customer’s requirements and forecasts
• Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ
• Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor.

 
Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) is required to effectively liaise with Japan HQ and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
