【Responsibilities】
Respond promptly to customer emergencies such as water leaks or lost keys
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring high-quality service and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary
Assist in the preparation, coordination, and attendance of customer property viewings
Verify and manage maintenance schedules
Provide operational and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD)
Perform other related duties as assigned
【Requirements】
Working experience in a professional environment with strong motivation for this position
Willing and able to stay in Singapore for the next 3–4 years
Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
Proficient in both English and Japanese, with strong communication skills for both internal and external coordination
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create and manage documents independently
Experience in customer service roles involving direct contact with end users is added as advantage
Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus, as the role may occasionally require driving a company vehicle is added as advantage
