Responsibilities:
Assist clients with move-in, repair coordination during the lease period, and move-out procedures at the end of tenancy
Provide interpretation support for non-Japanese-speaking staff communicating with Japanese clients
Develop and prepare materials to enhance operational processes and improve communication with clients
Conduct property condition inspections on move-in day, including photo documentation and report preparation
Handle various administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
