Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B product sales and drive business growth through effective customer engagement
• Identify and understand customer needs through strong interpersonal communication
• Achieve sales targets while building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
• Handle key customer accounts, including requests, payment schedules, and VMI stock coordination
• Liaise with the manufacturing plant and headquarters in Japan to fulfill customer requirements
• Conduct regular overseas business trips to meet clients in Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Good with mathematics and price calculations
• Detail-oriented, independent, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in the Semiconductor and Electronic Components industry is an added advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
