Responsibilities:

• Develop large Tyre business distributors in local countries or regions in the Asia-Pacific region, sell the company's own brands and authorized brand Tyre products, and achieve the established sales targets.
• Manage existing distributor customers and business, maintain and upgrade customer relationships, expand the range of sales products, and improve sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze local market customer needs, regulatory requirements, and future development trends. Track important initiatives and activities related to production, sales, and marketing of relevant Tyre brands in the corresponding market.
• Provide product training to customers in the corresponding market, provide after-sales support, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Working remotely in Japan

Qualifications:

•  Experience in developing distributor customers and product sales with certain customer resources in Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, or Australia/New Zealand.
• Familiar with mainstream Tyre products and market competition (PCR, TBR, LT), understanding of Tyre production processes, design requirements, and main technical features.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Experience selling B2B in the Tyres industry,

* Based in respective countries. Work remotely. No base office. Just sell to the local market.
