Key Account Management: Manage operations and inventory for major Japanese clients. Coordinate with Japan/local teams and expand business across Southeast Asia and India.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research, analyze pricing trends, and provide insights to suppliers and clients to drive strategic decisions.
Supply Chain & Procurement: Support exhibitions, source new suppliers, assist Japan HQ and group companies in procurement, pricing, and delivery coordination.
Process Improvement: Propose workflow automation and process enhancements. Support budgeting and improve KPIs (e.g., inventory, cash flow).
Other Duties: Conduct biannual inventory checks and participate in internal cross-functional projects.
Job Requirements:
5–7 years in electronics/semiconductor/trading industries
Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
Proven sales and supply chain management experience
Strong in business development and strategy execution
Market insight and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to travel for business
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
