Lead APAC finance operations incl. budgeting, DCF valuation, variance analysis, and process improvement

Responsibilities :
Lead the preparation and submission of budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports for the Asia Pacific business.
Analyze sales, costs, and capital efficiency metrics such as ROIC, including inventory and fixed asset management.
Identify causes of variances, report findings to management, and facilitate corrective actions.
Perform cash flow planning and investment valuation using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method.
Manage financial reporting for the Singapore entity and Southeast Asian subsidiaries, with regular updates to the Japan head office.
Handle external stakeholder communication, including auditors and banks.
Oversee transfer pricing arrangements and ensure compliance.
Manage and develop finance team members while championing cross-functional process improvements.
Requirements :
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting roles
Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
Proficiency in management accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and be an effective team member with cooperative attitude
A person who has good time management skill
