Responsibilities :

• Manage stock control, merchandise display, and replenishment with good forecasting.
• Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing the POS system.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Retail Promoters.
• Prepare and update duty rosters to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct team briefings before each shift.
• Set an example in customer service, product knowledge, selling skills, and cashiering.
• Improve inventory management procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Attend meetings and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Professional, pleasant, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
