Responsibilities
Support the Sales & Customer Service team in daily operations and client communications
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer sales enquiries
Handle booking placements and ensure smooth coordination of shipment schedules
Promote company services through telemarketing and customer engagement
Manage import/export logistics by coordinating with overseas and local agents
Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders, and partners to secure competitive rates
Ensure accurate documentation and manifests for all shipments
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Ocean and Air freight operations
Lead strategic consulting projects for major Japanese firms, driving innovation, HR, and business growth initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent analytical skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational accuracy
