Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by managing the retail sales channel.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market presence.
Conduct sales training for dealers’ sales teams, covering business processes, sales operations, and customer management.
Analyze dealer network strengths and weaknesses to assign tasks effectively.
Handle administrative duties and track individual and team sales performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations, and HR to accomplish tasks.
Prepare monthly sales and collection reports, as well as yearly budget plans.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; contribute to strategic policy-making.
Motivate and work closely with the sales team to meet objectives.
May require regional travel for sales and product meetings.
Requirements:
3 years of sales experience in kitchen appliances or consumer electronics.
Hands-on experience managing both traditional trade, modern trade, and project sales.
Proven track record in leading a sales team from planning to closing deals.
Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
