Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined time, budget, and quality parameters. This includes coordinating internal teams and external suppliers, managing project documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with ISO, safety, and VCA regulations, and serving as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to handover, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and implement changes where necessary.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project risks and resolve issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Act as the main liaison for customers, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Commissioning) for technical input and project delivery.

Requirements:
[Must]

• Min 3 years' work experience in project management for pelleting or similar machine/equipment manufacturers within the animal feed, oilseed, biomass, food, agriculture, and/or materials processing industries
• Software systems knowledge (Microsoft Office, PMP/PRINCE II)
• Knowledge of Safety, health and safety, environmental and quality regulations
• Experience successfully managing multiple international accounts/customers, collaborating and working successfully with multiple departments

• Proficiency in any other languages in the SEA region
