Responsibilities :
 

• Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of the contract
• Source for sub-contractors/suppliers and negotiate for competitive prices
• Developed the estimates and provided support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team's requirements
• Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, cost structures, and contractual requirements, as well as review and incorporate a reliable/established vendor list
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor for MRT project in Civil main contractor
