Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new business opportunities with non-Japanese companies.
• Evaluate and define key target markets, and actively hunt for opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand business drivers, entry barriers, and competitors.
• Advise on market penetration strategies and estimate opportunity size (short to long term).
• Identify potential clients and gather intelligence to develop tailored engagement strategies.
• Understand clients’ strategic goals, investments, and key decision-makers.
• Propose suitable business models and value propositions for different target markets.
• Use market intelligence to define effective market entry and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape go-to-market campaigns.
• Continuously analyze, prioritize, and strategize to meet both personal and company sales objectives, including ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience, preferably in Data Center or Building Facility fields.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Strong client engagement and consulting experience with a track record in business development.
• Aggressive in building new sales pipelines and identifying high-quality prospects.
• Experience developing IT strategies and leading transformational projects.
• In-depth understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and customer needs.
• Skilled in solution selling, sales presentations, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, consulting, and strategic thinking skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of IT operations and relevant applications.
• Experience in IT operations and network technologies (e.g., VPN, TCP/IP, Ethernet) is a plus.
