Export Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)
Handle customer service & export documents, monitor shipments, ensure compliance, update rates & coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt, friendly, and reliable service.
Ensure flight details are accurately provided to customers within one hour of booking confirmation.
Verify compliance of export documents when processing export work orders.
Apply for the appropriate export permits and complete related customs procedures in a timely manner.
Respond to all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Monitor shipment status diligently and proactively inform customers of any irregularities.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all relevant departments, including Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.
Ensure airfreight rates applied are accurate and regularly updated.
Stay informed and up to date on new airline policies and government regulations.
Prepare and submit monthly customer reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
