Responsibilities:
Main tasks assigned at the beginning: support work such as interpreting, translation and preparing. documents.
Analysis, Governance, M&A, PMI, IR, Accounts, etc..
Interpretation and translation (ENG-JP / JP-ENG)
Document creation using MS Excel, PPT, Word, etc.
Taking meeting minutes.
Market research and analysis / Competitor research.
Other ad-hoc duty will be assigned.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 year of working experience is required (in any industry).
Experience in translation of business documents between English and Japanese
Proficient in business-level Japanese and English to communicate effectively with Japan headquarters and Japanese-speaking stakeholders, as well as to translate business documents between English and Japanese.
Comfortable with some overseas business trips as and when required
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Excellent communication skills
