Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality employment services to displaced PMET and Rank & File workers.
• Build professional rapport and demonstrate service benefits through face-to-face and remote engagements.
• Manage a caseload of up to 70 clients, tailoring approaches based on job readiness.
• Work in a performance-driven environment to maximize job placements.
• Conduct diagnostics assessments to determine client support needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group job search support, including resume preparation and interview coaching.
• Assist with job matching and sourcing through various techniques.
• Offer initial in-work support for the first six months of employment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and facilitate job-focused group sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
• Support employer services and business development activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in recruitment, staffing, or coaching.
• Strong rapport-building skills with diverse client needs (PMETs/Rank & File).
• Creative, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized with strong planning abilities.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Relevant coaching or employment services qualification.
