Responsibilities :
- Customer Inquiries: Address questions on spare parts availability, specifications, and pricing.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, including amendments and confirmation of accuracy.
- Documentation Preparation: Create Proforma Invoices and picking lists for warehouse operations.
- Purchase Orders: Raise POs for non-stock items and monitor factory backorders for timely delivery.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare necessary shipping documents and arrange transportation (air, sea, local).
- Freight Verification: Verify and calculate freight charges for shipments prior to invoicing.
- Customs Documentation: Manage B/L drafts and prepare documents for customer customs clearance.
- Invoicing: Calculate and charge applicable freight and incidental charges; issue e-invoices.
- Letter of Credit Management: Coordinate with dealers for LC issuance and prepare necessary certificates.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly reports and ensure adherence to company environmental practices.
Requirements: - 2 to 3 years’ related working experience
- Knowledge of SAP is a must, preferable in MM and WM module
- Proficient in MS Excel and Words
