Responsibilities:

Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
Explain the purchasing process
Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
Simple translation support

Requirements:

Able to speak Japanese (JLPT N4 for above) to liaise with Japanese speaking related party
Willing to work on weekends
Possess working experience in customer service, customer-facing role
Non-experience is welcome to apply
