Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Process invoice and payment collection
Attend to patients’ queries
Booking of patient appointments & referrals
Organising lab results and maintain proper patient records
Support the daily operations of the clinic
Manage and maintain medical supplies and inventory / Quarterly stocktake
Handle administrative and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
2 years of clinical hands-on experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt and work in a team are essential
Pleasant personality with a passion for healthcare
Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking patients.
