Responsibilities:

• Purchased, Sales data entry and Sales document filling
• EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents
• To prepare documents for/ to billing
• Coordinate with trading staff/ customer/ vendors
• Performance management duties
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies
• Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation
• Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review
• Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements
• Other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department

• 2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Possess knowledge of compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and policies (e.g., Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements)
• Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics management
• Proficient in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter
• Certification in Import/Export Operations (optional but beneficial)
