Responsibilities:

• Handling of all machine modification requests, both hardware and software, from external and internal stakeholders.
• Translation of technical specifications and requirements from English to Japanese and vice versa.
• Liaison with Japanese R&D members and factory to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders, including sales and engineers, for timely delivery of machine modifications.
• Ad-hoc tasks when required

 
Requirements:

• 1 years relevant working experience preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Proficient Japanese to liaise with clients. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision .
• Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills, and adapts well to a fast paced environment.
• Pro-active attitude, people & team-oriented.
