Responsibilities: Service Manager Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 5 kitchen staff and 2 service staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Coordinate staff shifts and work schedules for optimal service coverage
Handle customer reservations and bookings, ensuring a personalized dining experience
Provide excellent service to customers, attending to their needs throughout their visit
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Translation Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between our Japanese chef and local staff, ensuring clear collaboration
Assist customers with translation as needed to enhance their experience
Support the chef during menu creation, translating and adapting to local preferences
Liaise with external vendors, ensuring accurate translation for smooth transaction
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Min 3 years of staff management and service experience in a high-end Japanese restaurant
Total 6~7 years of total experience in the F&B industry, advantage if for high-end restaurants
Japanese proficiency to liaise with internal Japanese staff and Japanese-speaking customers

Food & Hygiene certificate
