EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents.
To prepare documents for/ to billing.
Coordinate with trading staff/ customer/ vendors.
Performance management duties.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review.
Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements.
Other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department
Requirements:
2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Possess knowledge of compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and policies (e.g., Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements).
Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics management.
Certification in Import/Export Operations (optional but beneficial).
